AudioDoctor
I hate using this thing for much more than just a phone. I wonder if anyone can track down this album in a download. Hi res preferable. thanks. http://www.arkivmusic.com/classical/album.jsp?album_id=2269813 fas42 1 No electron left behind. Link to comment
TubeLover
I gave it a bit of a look, and could not find a downloaded version, Hi Res, or not. I did at least find the cd on Amazon, for only $15.21, with one day free Prime shipping. At least that's six bucks under the link you noted. https://www.amazon.com/Circles-Piano-Concertos-Glass-Bach/dp/B07B47QGHW JC Link to comment
TubeLover
In a somewhat related musical theme, I'm guessing that you have somehow heard this recording you were asking about. In the brand new issue of Stereophile that I just received the on Friday, I became very interested in listening to one of their new, 2020 Records To Die For. It's sadly not available for me to even listen to on Tidal. The further frustration is that it "could" be on Quobuz, whose one month trial offer I signed up for a month ago. However, I've been unable to listen to a single note on it. I signed up for it via Roon, to listen to via my iPad, and through my new Sonore System Optique hardware. Something glitched, and Quobuz says my password or other info is wrong whenever I've tried to sign on. To further frustrate things, I can sign on to the Quobuz website without any problem at all using the same username and password. Roon Labs has been working extensively with me (ten e-mails in the past three weeks) but has still not been able to resolve the issue. They even had me change my password, and tested it at their lab, and have tried numerous other things. But in the meantime, I cannot try Quobuz, and my free trial month will expire tomorrow JC Link to comment
AudioDoctor
Have you PMed Jesus or David Solomon? I’m pretty sure David will help your out with your Qobuz trial once you get your other situation sorted. In my communications with him he’s been very quick and helpful. No electron left behind. TubeLover
Well, Jesus isn't really involved, since the issue is that I signed up for Quobuz on Roon, and can't sign on there. I'll certainly reach out to David Solomon though. Thanks. JC Link to comment
