Building a DIY Music Server

Nenon: The Xeon based server you are making; would it be able to do HQP DSD64 to DSD512? My current i9900k does it easily. I do not know how two 2.2Mhz processors would compare to a single 3.6MHz processor. I know you are still working on it, but theoretically how would it compare?

A question for experts:

 

My current Gigabyte Z490 Master motherboard has two available 8-pin CPU power connectors. I have only connected to one connector. Should I connect to both? I have never had or seen two 8-pins connectors near CPU before. Thanks.

I would suggest adding more rows of vent opening on top and bottom. Most of the cooling will come from natural convection that way. Pretty much the entire top and bottom could have rows of vent openings. We do not need much strength on top and bottom panels, you can just miss around the mounting feet. And if heavier gage is used then strength is not an issue anyway.
