rickca Posted January 8, 2020 Share Posted January 8, 2020 Bluetooth has a new audio codec LC3 (Low Complexity Communications Codec) that promises major upgrades in transmission efficiency and audio quality. A new feature is multi stream transmissions which enables True Wireless Stereo (TWS). So a smartphone will be able to transmit to both left and right earpieces with synchronization within tens of milliseconds.
