Digione Signature Player - Want to return product

Hi Allo support,

 

I have tried to contact you via allo.com but get no reply.

 

My signature player with Volumio fails to lock the signal with my DAC after it has been inactive for a while, and playing 24bit / 192 khz music, don't know if this if this is a software or hardware issue as I'm no Linux expert. My other transports (Sonos and Bluesound) don't have any issues with my DAC (Anthem STR Preamp)

 

I would like to return the product, could someone please send me instructions and return address.
