Guys, this is real Minnesota talk here, getting excited about a new snowblower!

Lucky you. I pay a neighborhood kid to do that for me. Just like I did when I was a kid!

edit: hes actually the teenage son of a good friend that lives a few blocks away, he does an excellent job!

I don’t miss those Minnesota winters at all! Happy shoveling...

Hey, I sat inside with a hot cup of coffee, by the fireplace, with my wife while a neighborhood kid did it. It really wasn't that bad...  😉

Got a big 3 to 5 inches coming here. May have to get out the shovel to clear 20 feet of walkway - the horror!

Actually it's welcome, though the timing may not be ideal. Here in the desert, winter snowpack is critical for plants and wildlife come spring.

"The overwhelming majority [of audiophiles] have very little knowledge, if any, about the most basic principles and operating characteristics of audio equipment. They often base their purchasing decisions on hearsay, and the preaching of media sages. Unfortunately, because of commercial considerations, much information is rooted in increasing revenue, not in assisting the audiophile. It seems as if the only requirements for becoming an "authority" in the world of audio is a keyboard."

Don't blame yourself - Napoleon and Hitler were also slow learners in this regard..;)

Sisyphus too. Kept clearing the same sidewalk only to find snow had drifted back a few hours later. The gods can be cruel.

last winter one of my neighbors was blowing his walkway clear, but trying to blow it into the wind. He finally gave up and in a very exasperated state kicked his snowblower a few times. I wish I had been recording that.
