Installation Issue- Audirvana 3.5 trail

Hi. Trying to install Audirvana 3.5 trail on windows server 2019 but keeps telling me I need ms-appinstaller. So I go to the Microsoft app store to download  but Microsoft wont allow me  because you need a Microsoft account  and Windows server procols dont allow you to use your personal account. Being a complete novice with server type architecture, was wondering  weather there was a way of adding  a services in the Service Manager Section to allow Audirivana to install or weather to install AO and then try installing Audirvana. If I thought Paid version would work would go ahead and buy. Not sure if this is related issue but Google Chrome wont install either. Computer crashing while installing.
