relay attenuator Relay attenuator stopped working

I just updated to volumio 2.599 and my system was working fine for some time this evening but then it suddenly stopped. 

 

Outside of the volumio upgrade nothing else changed from a system that has been working for the last year. 

 

i've checked the amp with another source and it is working fine.

 

Any thoughts?

I have an identcal setup and also had this happen to me, took me a while to figure out that the volume had set back to zero. I slapped myself for not noticing sooner. You could also try removing the plugin > reboot > install plugin again.
