Why are you selling them Blake?  My Strada 2's work wonderfully as near-field desk speakers with a small footprint, but if you know of something better, please PM me!

Yes, these Gallos are amazing speakers.  I don't know of anything better for desktop use (6moons review goes on in detail about their use on a desktop).  The reason why I am selling is, I am currently experimenting with Scansonic/Raidho speakers, but solely because of their ribbon tweeters.

 

I have only had the Raidho and Scansonics for about one month, so I am still in the "new toy" phase.  The Strada 2's are superior to the Scansonic MK-5 I am currently using on my desktop in literally every sonic aspect (they should be as they are 2-times the cost), with the exception being I seem to really get on with the Scansonic ribbon tweeter.  But who knows.  Time will tell.
