DigiOne Signature Ethernet Not Working

In late April 2019 I ordered a DigiOne Signature bundle and I received the DigiOne Signature in early May 2019.  It worked fine for 60 days.  Now the ethernet LAN connection inside of the DigiOne Signature has stopped working.  There are no lights on the DigiOne Signature ethernet port flashing and no lights on my router flashing for that connection either.  I have swapped cables and moved the connection to other ports on my router without any luck.  I also removed and reseated the SD card with no luck as well.  Is there a warranty on this product?  How can I get it fixed?  Can I just order a replacement board for the DigiOne Signature and install it myself?  Any help is much appreciated.
