can't see signature on network

HI

 

just received

try to install

lights on the switch ethernet plug

no lights ont the ethernet signature plug

change ethernet cable : the same

bypass HIfi switch and direct connect to the wall plug  the same

any idea before return ?

Is RPI booting properly ?   What is the RPI power and green led status ?
