iwaya
Hi. I'm sorry for my poor English. I'm having trouble with four things, so I'd like to ask a question. on Windows 10 pro. 1. When I complete the setup, I get the following message Windows 7 is not supported... No change have made to your system... 2. After setting sound signature and digital filter, I cannot exit. There is no continue or exit. 3. When HPET is enabled, the OS becomes extremely slow. It takes 5 minutes to start up Explorer. 4. I need a license for each Bluetooth on/off. when I change Bluetooth from on to off, it is considered as an another PC. Link to comment

Best, AudioPhil Thank you very much for this opportunity! You have been very kind and supportive. Thanks to you, I was able to understand and solve all the problems I had. I would not have been able to solve the problem on my own. You are a very good customer. Thank you very much for all your help. Link to comment
iwaya
Hi ! Thank you very much for your help the other day. I have one more question that I don't understand. Recently, I noticed that the internet speed on my desktop PC is slower than other PCs. It's about 1/4 to 1/10 of the speed on google speed test. So I tried to troubleshoot it. When I tried to troubleshoot, I found out that Diagnostic Policy Service could not be started. I have tried everything I can find on the Internet, but in the end, I still cannot start the service. This is only happening on the two PCs where AO is installed. I'm wondering if this is related. Is there any way to start the Diagnostic Policy Service normally? Link to comment

You can either do a reset using ServiceTool or just manuelly enable it again using services.msc. The have everything working as intended (from an OS perspective), i recommend doing the reset via ServiceTool. Best, AudioPhil Hello! Thanks for your reply! Actually, my internet speed was not back to normal no matter what I did. So I reinstalled the OS, and This restored my internet speed. Reset from ServiceTool, right! I'll try that! Thanks again!
