Major Label Interest in Hi-Res Music Surging, Says RIAA

Re-reading the headline, I think it’s somewhat funny that general public interest could be viewed as nearly opposite from that of the labels. 

 

Label interest  in high res surging. 

Public interest in high res non-existent.

Would be interesting to know if there's any chat there (on the ground) about MQA... and any chat about Amazon/Spotify/Apple/Google...

I expect that "Label interest  in high res surging" because they can resell their back catalogs, and distinguish themselves from laggards w/o HiRes.

 

It is amazing that the Labels have not heard about the hundreds and hundreds of people who love MQA, especially in Wyoming.

Any discussion 'on the ground' about Amazon and the rest of the Big Four (Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Google)? Especially the recent Amazon report.

 

Anyone even mention MQA?
