recommend a USB Wifi adapter for Server2019

Recommended Posts

Have you considered getting an Access Point and setting it to bridge mode to connect to your LAN? This will allow you to use a longish ethernet cable to keep the Wi-fi at a reasonable distance from your audio electronics. This will take up an ethernet port but that should not be an issue unless you were going to bridge. Also you will not need compatible Wifi drivers by doing it this way. If you do have two ethernet ports you could also bridge them.

Hi.  Can anyone recommend a USB Wifi adapter that works well with Windows Server 2019?

thank you

(can be either USB 2.0 or 3.0)

Gigabit powerline Ethernet works much better for me than using wifi options with audio. Plug 1 end into a switch at the audio system, the other into the wifi router,

connect audio gear to switch. Does require that it be plugged directly into wall socket.

These do work, but keep in mind that the Ethernet signal that they add to you whole AC system may be seen by the rest of your sensitive audio components as noise which can result in distortion.
