greyscale
Have Audirvana + for both Mac and Windows. SOX, on my system sounds harsh , too bright. Is there a (reasonably priced) replacement for both operating systems that replaces Izotope?. greyscale Marantz 6007, PSB Image B6 & B5, Synology 216+, 2010 Macbook Pro Audirvana 3.03, JRiver. greyscale
Hi RUN, yes I'm aware that the current ver. of A+ still has Izotope. Looking for a solution going forward. Thanks. greyscale Marantz 6007, PSB Image B6 & B5, Synology 216+, 2010 Macbook Pro Audirvana 3.03, JRiver. Link to comment
Popular Post damien78
I've just read a post of a user who had also a system on which the SoX default settings were giving a fatiguing result. he has solved this by changing them to 99.5/30000/98/65 (main change is the last one, the phase setting). After having made this change, you can also look at decreasing the filter slope by reducing the "bandwidth" (it is exactly the bandwidth at 0dB).
