AudioDoctor
@JML are you sure you have given Audirvana access in Settings > Security & Privacy > Accessibility? If you haven't, Audirvana will not be able to access the media keys. I also have a Logitech keyboard, a K811 and this works perfectly. edit: I don't know why but this has to be done. AudioDoctor
Audirvana 3.5 has recently begun doubling each and every song in my local library... Has this been encountered before and is there a fix? No electron left behind. Link to comment

Restart mac, then Audirvana, then let it load your music folder, but i had to reload all my playlists (that are saved elsewhere on my mac). While writting, i think i have not done that, but just replace my database with an older one that i always keep as backup… that way, i didn’t lose my playlists… just lose the count play of files i did play between the 2 versions… Thank you, I did that. I will see if it fixes the problem. SO far it appears so, but it didn't develop immediately last time either. No electron left behind. Link to comment
AudioDoctor
This is just a suggestion for Damian about UI continuity. It would be nice if all of the columns were either, left or right justified, not a mix of both. It makes it look chaotic and unfinished. Sound is still great though. AudioDoctor
Audirvana 3.5.30 on Mac OS Mojave, playing Qobuz or the local library. Occasionally Audirvana becomes unresponsive, as in once an album ends and I try to play another, nothing but quitting the program and restarting will allow me to get another album to play. I am not using the remote, and I am playing independently of iTunes. Other than this, it still sounds great! jos 1 No electron left behind. Link to comment
AudioDoctor
I have a question... Normally when I use Audirvana and am streaming Qobuz I search for the artist I want to listen to rather than scroll through my favorite albums due to the fact that there is no order to them other than time of "favoriting" which leaves a giant mess to rummage through. However, last night I scrolled through and noticed something. I don't think Audirvana is showing me ALL my the albums I have favorited in Qobuz. Is that in fact the case? No electron left behind. AudioDoctor
If I am not mistaken, the manual comes with the download of the program. You may have deleted it accidentally. edit: just checked, never mind it does not. I think it did at one time. No electron left behind. Link to comment
AudioDoctor
@bobbmd I never use the sys optimizer because I found it didn't really do much of anything. I did however upgrade without any problems other than it disabled my upsampling. I just reset that to 2x and it's working just fine. bobbmd 1 No electron left behind. Link to comment

AudioDoctor
I don't know about the iOS app, but on Mac you can adjust the width of the columns by dragging them with the mouse from the edges. Move the mouse around near the title of the column and you'll see it change, click and drag until its the size you want. For example. bobbmd 1 No electron left behind. Link to comment
AudioDoctor
My guess is because its the space for the title, not all the album info... No electron left behind. Link to comment

The larger you make any one field, the less info fits in other fields. In classical music both the album and the artist info can be quite lengthy. There IS an easy answer, of course: wrapping text. Unfortunately, Audirvana hasn't chosen to allow that option. You could get a bigger screen with more resolution... I have never once had this become such an issue. If I search in Audirvana for a band, I only get Qobuz results…So, with both accounts active I am unable to search for music within Tidal, which makes Tidal absolutely useless. Or am I doing something wrong? When you search, Audirvana searches your local library, and all services you're connected to. AudioDoctor
@Jud I have been very impressed with both the upsampling and volume control in HQPlayer. I have only guesses as to why it is so good, one of them is likely mathematically perfect channel matching which not all analog volume controls are capable of. Maybe none are as capable as HQPlayer's volume control. No electron left behind. Link to comment

AudioDoctor
Ok, but why would you? If you want to use HQPlayer there are much better ways than hassling with the terrible UI of Audirvana while giving up it's one advantage and that's a fantastic sound when directly connected, IMO of course.
