DigiOne Signature Clean Power Socket Break

The USB C clean power socket has come away from the board. It looks like it was fixed on by solder alone. There is no solder on the legs of the socket and looking into the board, it doesn't look like there's that much solder there. Would this poor contact be a reason for any under powering of the pi?

 

Regarding fixing the socket, should I re-solder or would you like it returning? I'm posting here having followed the trail from your website.

Allo have been in contact and I have been offered immediate replacement/refund. I love it (I think) so I'll take another.. Thanks Allo.

I think I'll play it safe and find a way of securing the sockets. Bondic should do the trick. I hate waiting for replacements due to defects.

They do look a little vulnerable. Curiously my replacement didn't have an under powering issue, it may be that the socket was loose at that time. Never head on Bondic- looks very useful!
