no power to volt

I have set up my RPi stack with the Pi > Kali > Piano 2.1 > Volt and I am feeding 19v power to the CM which is connected to the volt.  I am feeding 5v power to the Kali.  Everything has power with the exception of the Volt.  The LED is not lit up on the Volt.  The LED on the CM is lit.  I am using the Allo 19v power supply.  What am I missing?

 

I am running moode audio and it is configured for the piano 2.1....

FYI, the problem was the fuse next to the power feed...
