I always thought it was "everybody Wing Chun tonite"

"The overwhelming majority [of audiophiles] have very little knowledge, if any, about the most basic principles and operating characteristics of audio equipment. They often base their purchasing decisions on hearsay, and the preaching of media sages. Unfortunately, because of commercial considerations, much information is rooted in increasing revenue, not in assisting the audiophile. It seems as if the only requirements for becoming an "authority" in the world of audio is a keyboard."

Tonic in a chromatic scale?! These musical terms sound neat and everything, but not a clue what they are. Explain tonic, chromatic and scale to us audiophiles please.

I don't understand a single word posted on this thread but I have an impression you guys are discussing martial arts. If so - for me there is only one MAN who counts in this field.

http://UZIMON.com --- Buy the 1-800 Steven Seagal T-Shirt! (IMO it's even more classy than 86! ;))

The man that hath no music in himself, nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds, is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils. The motions of his spirit are dull as night, and his affections dark as Erebus. Let no such man be trusted. Mark the music.

It shifted to martial arts (I had to look up "Wing Chun"- wicked fighting style), but this is the complex meisterwerk that is the subject of this thread:

I wasn't 100% serious while writing that post.

As for Wing Chun there's only one problem (I'm not the one to judge) - they say it just doesn't work.. ;)

I don't know about that.  Here is scientific proof that Wing Chun works:

You haven't convinced me - MMA guys beat Wing Chun fighters using just one hand :P (second half of the video)

But I admit wing chun works if you're a cat fighting with a chicken B|

The actor is that is Donnie Yen, who originally trained in other martial arts.  I hear his mother is trained in Wing Chun.

I will say that Wing Chun requires very precise angles to "work."

Back to audio.  Here is a worthy soundtrack and montage at the level of Akira Kurosawa:
