I need some 3 ft. long RCA cables for a new amp (which is SE only).

What should I get?

I think you owe it to yourself to at least try the "premium" interconnects from:

mycablemart.com

They are cheap and nicely made. I have been using them for a decade and buy them in half-meter and meter lengths in groups of 5 or 10 to insure that I always have some on hand to replace failures (never had one) or for new equipment. They are well made with excellent strain relief, are not too stiff, have gold-flashed terminations, and use real RG-59 cable. Give 'em a try.

Sound-wise, they are entirely neutral. They neither add nor subtract anything from the signal.

They don't give any info in the first link?  Is it a coax with a braided shield or something else.

While the second and third cables are very good cables, they are not appropriate for a RCA cable.

I had no idea, they look quality RCA interconnects to me ... cables and connectors plus $24 and $36/pair (3-foot and 4-foot long respectively) are not outrageous prices.
