Sonic Transporter (windows) HDMI out to XMC-1

I’m using the Sonic Transporter windows version as a ROON core.

 

I am trying to use the HDMI out to feed my XMC-1. It is not currently working with ROON. I am searching on their website but wanted to ask here if there is any special configuration set up that I am missing in windows?

 

I’m not using the HDMI for the monitor - there is another HDMI that I am using that looks like a standard audio / video HDMI.
