I don't really mind as it sounds great just curious as I've not seen it mentioned. I didn't notice any differences in behaviour of SSH response. All working fine after the kernel update. JohanJ
I ask Piero so much and he always is so quick and patient in his answers, so a big compliment. But now I have a question I really don't dare ask him. When you open a menu item , at the right underside of the screen appears a percentage, like 28% or likewise. I can't figure out what it possibly mean... anyone? Link to comment

Good to know I am not alone in this.... I have the same experience, thinking it was a sort of progress indication. Thanks for the explanation. Link to comment
Popular Post JohanJ
I have my first experience with ramroot. I must say it sounds great. I only run HQPe on this machine, so my 8Gb is enough to do it. In testing today with different kind of music I came across with this very nice and new playlist in Qobuz. A bit off-topic maybe, but give it a try to test your equipment to this. Le Notre Dame, Paris https://open.qobuz.com/playlist/2228952?j=115902&sfmc_sub=11649435&l=29_HTML&u=4772286&mid=7290575&jb=4 This it is a very honourable salut to the great Organ and acoustics of the Paris Notre Dame. The organ gives you depth, incredible low and high frequencies. The mids are oh so smooth and sweet. And you get the acoustics of the Notre Dame for free... I can recommend nr. 1 (for your low end}, nr 5 (just because it is pure beauty), nr. 16 (wonder if your ears can handle this one) and 36 (we all know those first bars, but the last chord is the most emotional with the dying reverb of a space that doesnt exist anymore) Turn up your volume as much you can handle and just enjoy this piece of art on your AL gear.... lmitche and tapatrick 1 1 Link to comment

I thought RT-BFQ 4.19.x is the latest version of 12/04/2019 .The one without NUMA. Did I miss a kernel or is this RT5 a special version? Link to comment
JohanJ
Hi Piero, from the update menu I updated the audiolinux menu, the kernel and all other packages. Updating the audiolinux menu says I am allready up to date. After reboot the menu still shows version 118... Anything wrong? Link to comment
JohanJ
Thanks elan, I disabled and removed ramroot before I started updating. Now I logged in as root and the menu is still showing 118. I did another menu update, but it keeps telling me that I am up to date. Reboot still shows 119. So no luck.... for now Link to comment
JohanJ
Yes.... thank you very much... menu 119 is up and running. Link to comment

JohanJ
Great... headless 2.0 is all ready running and playing. I start with the 'green' profile and that sounds good to me... Thanks Piero. Great work Link to comment
