It doesn't need any GUI, it is a text mode application. You can have the reports also exported in HTML. bodiebill
Tried that, but got error messages. I will either try again, or use the amperometer to be sure 🙂 audio system Link to comment

Hi Miska, I intended to evaluate the current consumption (amperes required by the PC)... otherwise there´s top, or htop, @bodiebill powertop you should install it: emerge --ask sys-power/powertop https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/PowerTOP GentooPlayer home Facebook Documentation Link to comment

On some boards, some PMICs can give fairly detailed info. Signalyst - Developer of HQPlayer Pulse & Fidelity - Software Defined Amplifiers Link to comment

Volodymyr
is it normal that at shutdown I get GUI login page, with field to enter login? When do ramsystem - no space (16g DDR) alsa-up - invalid profile, etc/portage/make.profile is not a symlink bla-bla-bla/// change kernel (in console) - something is missing in grub and so on and so on. Kinda already tired with gentoo. Probably go back to AVLinux. Link to comment

No, I have to check it out. Quote When do ramsystem - no space (16g DDR) I don't think it's the ram, but the space on the device...has the root partition been resized? Quote alsa-up - invalid profile, etc/portage/make.profile is not a symlink bla-bla-bla/// alsa-up and alsa-dw no longer make sense, the latest versions of alsa are very good. I will remove it in the next image. Quote change kernel (in console) - something is missing in grub I knew about it, I'll fix it in the next image. This happens when the system disk is not sda. antonellocaroli
I updated the OpenRC images, I switched completely to a no-multilib system. the images are in the usual place. the system with XFCE in ram takes a little more than 4GB the system without XFCE occupies in ram little more than 1 gb For UEFI systems you have to resize the root with Gparted. may give you an error, press ok first and then fix GentooPlayer home Facebook Documentation Link to comment
