Popular Post flkin
Hah, so you are the lucky ones that cut the queue. For those of us who paid and have to queue up instead of waiting for cancelled orders please count yourself extremely lucky that you’re delay is measured in weeks or months. Us customers who paid full amount in good faith and join the queue have delays measured in years. I think a lot of the anger is not that Paul is trying to run a one man boutique operation that has faced difficulties, delays or personal challenges. We all have life issues to deal with. The issue is the claimed time of delivery which is incorrect by years. It is not fair to knowingly ask people to pay up front with delays measured in years and when queried on this resort to personal excuses. Months of delay often means many changes in the music system let alone years of delay. It’s very difficult to estimate what PSU one requires years from now. And furthermore when some of the queue is unable to wait any longer and quits the queue that position is now offered to others to cut the queue. it’s almost dishonest to take money from people in the queue who joins the queue from the bottom paying good money to do so. If this continues, anyone who requires a Paul Haynes power supply should simply wait for a queue to appear, which I predict is going to be more more common, rather than to pay to join the bottom of the queue. New potential customers (like those commenting here), please take note. I would like to suggest that the correct gentlemanly mode of action would be to refund the money to those that have quit the queue and to reward existing, patient with the customers with long overdue and delayed orders by moving up a slot. Given the already long delays existing pre-paid customers have to wait, allowing queue cutting is both distasteful and in bad show greenleo, tmtomh, auricgoldfinger and 1 other 4 PinkFaun - Vinnie Rossi - YBA - QSA Lanedri - Wilson Link to comment
