Coast - as part of the Pacific Rim this area has lots of ... let's say "Asian Influence" - for example, there was very little hub bub when some royal English dude got married, but when one of many Thai princesses visited it was all over the news... also, a big Hong Kong input to BC (started just before the return to mainland China) - not sure how the foodways translated tho Link to comment
