1) What is the power supply that you are using for the clean side?

2) Just to confirm (Volumio configuration). Have you set in the Playback option?

     - Output Device: Allo Digione

     - I2S DAC: On

     - DAC Model: Allo Digione

The final thing they suggested was to change the clean-side battery pack for a mains power supply, just to test.  I did this and now it is working!  So it seems my battery pack is not suitable/compatible.  What clean-side power supplies are other people using?

Another suggestion is to use a good DC power cable that avoids the use of the adapter (DC 2.1G to USB Type-C)

Is there any way to have Tidal Master MQA (full) using an Allo Digione Signature without a MQA compatible DAC?

 

Currently, I am using MyVolumio with and Schiit Gungnir Multibit DAC and it is limited to 48KHz/24bit.

Not possible. Full decode / unfold of MQA requires an MQA licensed / partnered and certified DAC. Software can do the first unfold which gives you "better" than redbook (CD) but that's it. The extra bits of MQA'ness can only be resolved with a MQA DAC.

Thanks by your response. Considering that the Smartphones are now capable to perform full decode, I thought that may be  the Raspberry Pi could perform the same function.

Did anyone install a Raspberry 4 in an Allo Digione Signature?

 

Based in what I have seen,  the separation between the Ethernet and USB buses, and the USB 3.0 can be  good reasons to this move.

There is an inexpensive solution that you can try: Doorstop.  There is a Darko's video about that. I have seen that he uses it on top of his Allo Digione Signature.

Considering that you have the USBridge Signature and the Digione Signature, have you compare the USB outuput versus RCA/BNC outputs? Please, could you share you experience?
