This seems like a non-audiophile library. Is it true that audiophiles only listen to jazz, classical with maybe a sprinkling of classic rock?

Dude, I can't tell if you're joking or not. If you are, that was pretty funny and if you're not well...

He's a joke all right.

OMG, I guess you guys have a history with this individual! ?

I’m a resident truth-teller, so that makes me a target.

I realize that all I listen to is jazz and classical, and mostly that’s all you hear at the audio shows, so I wonder if that’s all audiophiles actually listen to.

Coincidentally, at this stage in my life, I do listen mainly to jazz and classical too. It used to be mostly classic rock but that genre just doesn't do it for me anymore. I guess I'm kind of burned out on it now.

Although I'd still jump at the chance to see the Stones in concert again!

Why don't you start a poll?

Neither of these statements is correct.

I’m a truth-teller — check

I’m a target — check

Both statements are true and I was targeted for stating the truth; you accidentally proved it.

I do like classical music. Not all of it. I don't like baroque much and dislike most organ an harpsichord music. Most years I do go to some classical music concerts. Mostly small ensemble three or four people on stage.

Right now I'm busy ripping my fathers classical CD collection to my NAS I got these from the inheritance.

I don't have any jazz. For some reason I cannot stand most jazz. I tried to listen to Krall and Norah Jones but I dislike it. Too smooth and soulless.  Classic rock, some of it nice (Pink Floyd) but I'm not a huge fan.

Last few days I've mostly listened to Wreckmeister Harmonies and Solstafir.
