Computer settings

Hello,

 

Have a Audio Mirror Toubedor DAC

 

When using transport, dac sounds perfect BUT when I switch to USB playing computer files, I get a scratchy static sound that come through. I'm guessing it's a setting but need help figuring this out.

I have a control panel called USB Audio Class Driver Control Panel. I can change the buffer size on streaming and the buffer size on ASIO. Also have a "error count" that is really high.

 

Any ideas for the correct setting?
