Regg
I have recently been looking into ways to keep the heat down on my Mac laptop and have been wondering about these cooling pads: http://www.thermapak.com/products.php?category=heat-shift-pad Looks interesting, but this video from last year shows that the HeatShift pad doesn't really keep a laptop much cooler than a sheet of plywood: Any thoughts on cooling solutions for the laptop would be greatly appreciated. davidR
Regg, I've tried a few that didn't do much for heat and my favorite one is the Zalman NC series. They are aluminum and can be used as a heatsink alone without the fan powered on, but also have the ability to be USB powered (cable included) to run the dual fans built in with an adjustable control on the side for fan speed. They are very effective for cooling and durable as well. david is hear[br]http://www.tuniverse.tv Link to comment
