Test or set-up CD?

Hi,

I am about to get some new kit so will have to set it up (mainly positioning and integration of sub with new speakers). I used to have a test CD which had various tones 20Hz-20kHz, tone sweeps and pulsating tones to use during setup and for checking room resonances but I cannot find it now.

Do you know of any good set-up CD? Even better would be a download (if available in CD quality).
