I think the problem is that lack of responses and updates. He didn’t reply any emails. He didn’t update buyers of the progress.

Really? You are asking him to shift the long waiting time to someone else. Every decent people will not shift their problem to someone else. He has every right to complain. The waiting time is long enough and there is no sight of when Paul will deliver.
