I dont know whether I should put it into DAC or other forums.

 

I want to ask if there is any DDC (USB to SPDIF) that has 2 USB inputs?

Budget limited to 400USD.

Because I want to connect to my PC and Raspberry Pi3 as well, thanks.

to me : none.

 

if you like mods, see my signature. 

your pc with a modded usb>spdif interface can beat your Rpi easily. 400USD is large enough for the mods required.

 

Alternative : buy 2 interfaces. The new Breeze xu208 seems to be really good. It cost around 150usd. Thus you can get 2 and still be in line with the budget.
