coot
My wife and I will always be huge fans of MTT. We particularly enjoy the excellent Keeping Score series and have always wished he would do more of those. Like Bernstein his mentor, he is a master music educator. christopher3393 1 Link to comment
Bob Stern
I feel many of his performances have exaggerated contrasts or abrupt transitions that do not seem to fit organically. And I'm a huge fan of Bernstein and, to a lesser extent, Barenboim, so it's not as if I dislike interventionist performances. christopher3393 1 HQPlayer (on 3.8 GHz 8-core i7 iMac 2020) > NAA (on 2012 Mac Mini i7) > RME ADI-2 v2 > Benchmark AHB-2 > Thiel 3.7 Link to comment
