OK so I installed a dedicated network adapter on my PC which I use to stream to a DigiOne player. It's bridged with the router which only serves for internet access.

What would the next logical network tweak be that would guarantee improvements? Among other things I've been checking out fiber optic solutions and SoTM iSO-CAT6/ dCBL-CAT7. I'm currently running 30ft of Supra CAT8 cable. For financial reasons 30ft of dCBL-CAT7 is out of the question. I considered an iSO-CAT6 at the end of the Supra cable with a short run of dCBL-CAT7 to streamer but after reading the info on SoTM's website I still can't figure out exactly what the iSO-CAT6 is supposed to do.
