Berkeley USB-> AES

I read on a post from last year that Berkeley were oming out with an external USB -> AES balanced adapter early in the New Year i.e. 2010.

 

Anyone heard any news concerning this? I emailed them but haven't had a reply yet.

I asked about this a week or so ago, and the response I got indicated that it's targeted for "mid-year". Price point isn't set, but they "hope it will be under $2k".

 

In a previous query, I was told that the price would be closer to $1k.

 

We'll see what we see when we see it, I guess.
