Volume Question

So I have to many volume controls and need help with what need to be set and where. The volumes are :

 

iTunes volume

Audioengine A2 volume on speaker

volume through ASUS Xonar Essence ST control panel

 

Which ones need to be set at 100%, which ones don't

Basically what are the optimal settings I should be using to get the best sound?

My advice would be set iTunes and ASUS volumes to 100%, now adjust the A2 speaker volume to a comfortable level. Then day to day use iTunes to adjust the volume as you are listening as this works via remote (if you're using it).
