Playlist or Smart Playlist to filter tracks in iTunes library vs Apple Music?

Does anyone know how to create a playlist that would tell me what tracks I have in my library that are NOT available in Apple Music?

 

For example, I know all my Beatles tracks are not in Apple Music. How can I figure out what else I own that is NOT available for streaming in Apple Music?

No, I don't think there's any way to get that info. As you may have seen, you can't even tell if something is streaming by looking in the iTunes Store.
