Jimmy3993
Hi folks. long time, no post as everything has been sounding great. But a corner that I cut in my hast to get my server up and running is now bothering me. I run a home made (custom built sounds a bit extravegant) pc with a linx card out to a BADA, some old rowland mono amps and audio physics scorpios. Sounds great. Especially when I can find the odd dvd-a. But when I built the pc (which is visible) my first priority was that I couldnt hear it and my second ws that it was cheap. These were accomplished but now I wish it were not so ugly. Anyone know of silent cases that will hold full size cards that look more like high end audio equipment? Link to comment
Audio_ELF
Just based on looks and their website - but try HD-Plex.com Lots of alternatives and ways to quieten PCs too. Eloise PS. I assume you meant QUIET rather than QUITE. Eloise --- ...in my opinion / experience... While I agree "Everything may matter" working out what actually affects the sound is a trickier thing. And I agree "Trust your ears" but equally don't allow them to fool you - trust them with a bit of skepticism. keep your mind open... But mind your brain doesn't fall out. Link to comment
