Interest In Full "Classifieds" System?

Hi Guys - Before switching to the new site software I was close to implementing a new "classifieds" system, but decided it wasn't good enough. Now that we are on the new system, I'm considering an upgraded classifieds system once again. 

 

Please let me know if you are interested in the following system or if you'd rather we stick to the simple format currently in place.

Sure looks like overkill to me, but I use buy/sell sparingly.  The only thing I like is the ability to mark an ad PENDING SALE and then SOLD.  It would be nice to optionally filter out anything SOLD.

Seems like you could achieve the first by enabling unlimited title edit time to the OP. 

 

The second needs a way to express NOT in searches. In this case "NOT sold" in a title search.
