ISO2DSD to STDOUT

Could you add an option to extract a single track from ISO to, let's say, DSF to std out for command utility of ISO2DSD sacd_extract.exe (Windows)?

Why you need only 1 track?

To send it to ffmpeg for real time conversion to other format for music streaming app. Would be even better to support both stdin and stdout for piping network file into stdin while doing impersonation for network access and output into stdout for immediate streaming.

We developed the Java application that controls the underlining code, but not the underlining code itself.
