STC
@The Computer Audiophile Is it possible to have a feature that allows notification based on users’ defined keywords? For an example, i want read all new posts that mentioned the word “room treatment”. Whenever a new post under whatever thread mentions the word “ room treatment”, the subscribing readers will get the notification. Thanks. asdf1000 1 ST My Ambiophonics System with Virtual Concert Hall Ambience Link to comment

Daccord
I would prefer not to receive the "Your Audiophile Style digest" email. At the bottom of the email I see Prefer to stop receiving these emails? Adjust your digest preferences. Clicking the link takes me to the "Manage Followed Content" page, but it's not clear where I can turn off the digest email. Link to comment

The Computer Audiophile
I don't have a resolution for this right now. We either have larger images on the site and email looks funny when there's an image that comes through, or we go back to small images on the site and email looks fine. spin33 1 Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
austinpop
My vote would be for readable emails, and small images (expandable by clicking). Very few people know (or care) about the trick of double clicking an image to "right-size" it for their post. spin33 1 My Audio Setup Link to comment

As I've said multiple times before, I'd be fine with a small default image size if it can be increased manually. Limiting inline images to 300 pixels is just ridiculous. 640x480 displays are kind of last century. Link to comment
rando
Speaking of mobile changes (not sure if the desktop had this added as well). I'm by no means against change or trying to introduce new things here. The manner in which they are implemented, in my respectful opinion, has been just off by enough in recent attempts that success was less than assured. GIF were probably going to be a hard sell here to start with. So when not only is the text/caption impossibly small to read in the selection window (full sized they are quite clear and good quality), but the selected gifs are very poorly related to discussions and interests portrayed on this site. It doesn't excite and enrich. Observe. That last one should come with a NSFW tag and the first one would've not too many years ago. Link to comment
The Computer Audiophile
We just enabled integration with giphy. Not sure we will keep it. Just testing it. No reason to roll it out in a major way when it's a minor thing and if it sucks we can get rid of it and most people will never know :~) Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
rando
Just so long as we aren't being asked to conscience gifs with sound. The small selection box on far end of the ribbon is quite out of the way. Link to comment

Your subscription is still active, but you gave me a new idea! I stripped out more code for the anti ad-blocker. People who don't see ads don't need to see the whitelist request. Let me know if you see it again. The way our anti-ad blocking tech works is it looks for an ad blocker in your browser and makes sure the site is whitelisted. Even if you are a subscriber and aren't seeing ads, these conditions could still be met. But, not anymore since I stripped out the code for subscribers. crenca and Jud 1 1 Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
