Nvidia Shield Pro Home Media Server Question

I am thinking of getting this device Nvidia Shield Pro Media Server

it is an upgrade of the Nvidia Shield TV

 

Can this replace a PC for streaming movies movies? Can you use the Tidal Android app with it? Any comments as to SQ and the usability of the remote? I have been using Fire TV but I hate that I can't download a lot of apps from Google Play, like a web browser for example. Thanks

I bought their first shield tv a few years ago after trying several other brands of streamers roughly eleven, and the shield have outperform all. with the right app, emby and vlc etc exceptional performance. I have not done a high end audio since I use a windows specific and a mac mini for high end audio listening
