Best way to update Sony HAP-Z1ES

I am trying to update with the HAP Music Transfer, but i am finding it impossible. I am moving the Rolling Stones Mono in DSD format (about 180 tracks) from my Mac to the HAP using a wireless connection. It's taking about an hour to move 1 track, and it keeps disconnecting. I currently have about 650 GB on the HAP. I did the initial transfer with ethernet, but I now use wireless.

 

How are other users updating their HAP?
