Aurender Inc, headquartered in South Korea, manufactures reference-grade music servers and prides itself on providing world-class support to our network of speciality retailers and the people who use our products. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team to perform Technical Support.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

 

- Technical support for our business partners and customers via phone and email.

- Monitoring, responding to, or trafficking of incoming emails from our support.comemail address.

- Documentation of all support issues and the opening of case files to track status and resolution of those issues.

- Beta testing of hardware, firmware and software with written analysis and documentation of findings.

- Creation of manuals, user guides and troubleshooting tips for use as website dealer support content.

- Represent company at trade and consumer shows.

- Ability to conduct technical training on location at Aurender resellers. Some travel required.

 

 

Experience Required:

 

- A comprehensive understanding of high-performance audio components, system building and operation.

- A deep understanding of computer audio, WiFi networking, DACs, NAS, digital protocols and music servers.

- Possess a proactive, attentive and customer service oriented approach to tasks and command excellent verbal, presentation and technical writing skills.

 

 

Business Skills:

 

Fluency in modern business communication tools required. Aurender uses Slack, Weebly, Desk, Trello, Google Apps, Notable and others.

 

 

Aurender is located in Anahiem, CA. However, relocation may not be required for the ideal candidate. Salary is commensurate with experience. Individual selected will be required to attend a four week immersive training learning all things Aurender.
