chasw98 Posted November 24, 2009 Share Posted November 24, 2009 I just wanted to tell everyone about my experience with tc electronic and the customer service I received. I have a Konnekt24D and the plug in power supply went south. I could not find anywhere to purchase a new one (12VDC @ 1000ma) and signed up on tc electronics support/forum site and asked the questin about how I could purchase a replacement. That was at 9:30 PM EST last night. This morning at 9:44 AM EST I received a response from 'Eric' at tc electronic who told me that if I would confirm my mailing address he would send a replacement supply at no charge whatsoever. That is what I call customer service above and beyond and I thought other people should hear about it. Chuck Link to comment
