Automatic screen saver?

Hi all, I have my PC in my listening room with a 24" touch screen monitor on an articulated arm, which extends the monitor to the listening chair. This setup is really convenient, but when I have actually selected music to play, I find the monitor is dastardly bright and I wish I could get it to turn off automatically.

 

It would normally be a simple matter to set the Windows screen saver to black, and have it come on automatically after 1 minute.

 

However, I ONLY want the screen saver to come on after 1 minute if HQPlayer is on the main window. If it is any other program, I don't want the screen saver to come on. Is there any way to do this?
