I was wondering if it is possible to implement some QoS policies in Server if I am using AO? My server machine is in minimal server mode and my NAA machine is in core mode. Do I first need to go back to GUI mode to create the QoS polices? Will these policies be maintained after I switch modes and run AO? Try if gpedit.msc runs in Core, otherwise you probably need to switch to GUI if you don't know the registry keys. Powershell also offers commands to configure QoS, this would work also without switching to GUI.
