How long did it take from date shipped to date delivered? I'm in Australia too. Not yet, bought from 3/26/2020, take forever and frustrated with current ups shipment or any postage service in general, funny in the digital age, heh, but Sonore people still thinks difference!!! A $20 cheapo Chinese brand smart light can do firmware update via wifi. I don’t understand technical challenge in this 2020 asdf1000 and satbaba 1 1 Link to comment

Very simply put, the functionality and the size of the software components is quite different for the two. Once you have 2.8 installed OTA updates will happen as they did before. Well I am quite disagree with that, size of images is not a huge matter in this current Internet speed or storage. I don’t need to compare Sonicorbiter OS to giants like IOS or Android but just a direct competitor such as SOTM https://www.docs.sotm-audio.com/doku.php?id=en:eunhasu:burn_sdcard_image if we think Sonicorbiter is more “advanced” than Euhansu, it is clearly a lost point in this part. just hesitation to enable a supporting model here from my understanding. I believe many of us here are kind of early technology adopters who are willing to try new things such as optical network in highend audio. So give customer faster and more global-friendly software upgrade options and trust on people skills are also customer obsessions. list me any common/highly appreciated software here such as Hqplayer, Roon, Tidal that require users to buy CD/MicroSD to get new versions, please satbaba 1 Link to comment
Kevin Nguyen
also, 2.7 Sonicorbiter OS is not perfect, there are bugs and playback issues. manufacturers should enable customer bug fix/improvement for free rather paying for $29 every new version. Someone said so cheap but still money I don’t see any hifi brands charge money for fimrware update/bug fix/improvements, etc. in their products. satbaba 1 Link to comment
Popular Post Kevin Nguyen
those are valid and constructive feedbacks from customers. There is nothing to push back or be arrogant. we did not come here to complain about sound quality, ideas or cutting-edge innovations in computer audio. if this is something Sonore can do to enable those options such as downloading image, it is an easy win in constant customer support. also I invested some thousand dollars of hard-earn budget in Sonore streaming platform and become an eligible customer to provide feedback, not BS things without hands-on experience. Please do not tell that if you do not like, find something else which are is a very irresponsibility attitude to me. satbaba, jos and Axiom05 2 1 Link to comment

The journey from US to destination country is the part that is affected most it seems.
