ted_b Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 I'll ask the team but I assume these are no different than the rest of our LSO files..they come from the label's album publishing, which by nature is DSD64 (i.e SACD). Yes, wouldn't it be nice to have the original session tapes before they were mastered for SACD. We, at Channel and JustListen (inhouse label) have that freedom for our own stuff, by the way. By the way, our web page does not say recorded at DSD64, it specifically says digitized at DSD64. The tech specs (from the label) say recorded at DSD64 but that is from their SACD info, again.
