This is probably geared towards those with musical backgrounds, but it's a great performance and discussion. Hearing these three awesome musicians discuss the creative and collaborative process is well worth your time. As Thile says, God is in the details, and this video will give an appreciation of how fine those details can be. Also some life lessons to be teased out from this on working with others and listening to support a common good.
