How To Export Mac iTunes Playlists in M3u instead of xml for Audirvana?

Recommended Posts

Title says it all. Thanks.

Super simple.

  1. Select playlist you want to export.
  2. Right click, or control-click, and choose "Export" from the pop-up contextual menu.
  3. In the Save dialog box, there's a drop-down menu at the bottom labeled "Format."
  4. Choose the format (M3U) that you want, and save the export.

Had you tried anything like this up to now?

Aloha and thanks for the reply. At least on my Mac running 10.9.5, the right clicking of the playlist doesn't give an export option. I had been doing it through the File menu but only ended up with .xml files. But, in paying closer attention, I see that in the File menu route there is an option for choosing .m3u - which I successfully did.
